1. Paste the picture you are going to be using in a new document

2. Use your magic wand tool and select all of the background parts of your image. If you want to select more than one part, hold down shift.

3. Press the delete button

4. Go to edit, stroke.

5. Fill in all of the same settings, and press ok. Remember to pick the color you want!

6. You now have an outlined image!
