1. Select your image. I chose this cute maraquan shoyru.


2. Paste onto Paint.NET and select the Magic Want tool on the toolbar.


3. Click a part of the picture so that spacific part shows as selected.


4. Go to Effects,» Add Noise. Make the colour saturation 0 and the intensity around 50 or 65. Repeat on multiple parts of the picture.


5. Do the same thing with the same picture, but make the intensity slightly different. **Make sure you're saving these images as .gifs!

6. Get your animation program up (If you don't have one, unFREEze is a good, easy to use animation program.) and put the pictures up. Make the CS about 15.

7. Upload to your image website. I recommend photobucket. Put it on your userlookup, myspace, anywhere!
